Comic Strips​

 

Some stories are told in comic strips. The two to the left are different points in time of the Vitani and Kopa story. One shows Mufasa telling Vitani that Kopa is going to take care of her, and that the two are basically made for eachother, and the second explains Simba's reaction to Kopa's death and explains why Zira killed him.

Changes over time

In some of their earlier versions, Uru was completely white, more of an albino lion rather than darker than Ahadi. This is because the lion's descriptions are very broad and much is up for interpretation, however in most pictures, Uru is drawn dark and Ahadi is drawn lighter. In some of Ahadi's earlier versions, his hair is more of a dark red/auburn color rather than black.

Some fan art is created to show familial ties. There are many like the one to the left; where lions of various generations are all put into the same picture. Depicted here are: Ahadi and Uru, Mufasa and Sarabi, Simba and Nala, Kiara and Kovu, Kopa and Vitani, Scar and Zira, Nuka, Mheetu, and several other lions/lionesses. If you look closely, Mufasa is drawn differently. Why? Because he is dead; hes drawn transparent to show that he is a ghost. This was also done in a picture of Kopa, laying next to Vitani while she mourns him.
